The basic mission behind the Student Support services are to facilitate services that students need beyond the classroom/lecture-room. These services are meant to better prepare the students beyond college life – adulthood, world of work, higher education and self-employment.

This services are available at 3 centres of Motheo FET College; there are full-time Student Coordinators who are mandated to provide such services on daily basis, even on weekends. The college has also introduced Campus Management structures at the campuses, and as such there is a Assistant Campus Manager: Student Affairs whose main duty is to deal with issues affecting the student population.
