What is a Skills Programme?
- A skills programme is a programme of learning that addresses a skills need in the workplace.
- It is shorter than a learnership, but should achieve significant credits towards a qualification.
- There are short courses and credit bearing programmes that are available for employers to access for their employees.
- Currently there are no formally registered skills programmes in the ETD sector.
